David A. Stevenson is highly experienced in all forms of Corporate Finance and in Mergers and Acquisitions, having accumulated his experience over more than 25 years. David began his career in commercial banking in Houston, Texas. He gained his first experience in Corporate Finance and in public and private capital markets when he was employed in the Treasury Finance Group at The LTV Corporation. After successfully completing numerous equipment leasing and public financings at LTV, David then served as Treasurer of three companies in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area, a hospitality and restaurant company, a real estate conglomerate and finally at the Morningstar Foods Corporation, a nationwide food marketer and processor. As Treasurer, David gained specialized knowledge in banking relations, asset finance, cash forecasting and in investor relations. He also gained mergers and acquisitions experience with Flextronics International Ltd., a global contract manufacturer in the electronics manufacturing space. While at Flextronics David successfully completed domestic and international mergers and acquisitions. David received his MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and graduated cum laude with a degree in business from Southern Methodist University in Dallas. He serves as Treasurer and member of the Board of Directors of the Dallas/Ft. Worth Wharton Alumni Club which he founded. He is also active in the World Affairs Council of Dallas.
