Charles R. Martin has over 25 years experience in officer level management, acquisitions and financing.  Prior to joining Amerimark Capital Corporation, Charles was Vice President and Principal of Capital Alliance Corporation, Dallas, Texas, where he was the leading producer in mergers and acquisitions.  He served as President of a company consisting of building supply distributors in several cities.  Charles was Vice President of Sales and Marketing of a major home products manufacturer where he served as a member of the corporate acquisitions committee.  He was instrumental in completing several major acquisitions including divisions of McGraw Edison and General Electric.  His leadership activities include Director, Martin Industries; Director, Amsouth Bank; Director, Chamber of Commerce; President of two national trade associations and Colonel, United States Army Reserve.  He is a General Partner in the CapSource Fund.  He is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth.  Charles has a MBA from Southern Methodist University, completed graduate studies in marketing at Syracuse University and holds a BS degree in Industrial Engineering from Auburn University.
