B. F. (Bob) Weatherly has over 25 years experience in corporate financial and operational management positions as well as in the financial consulting field. He was with Arthur Anderson & Company for eight years, involved in all aspects of financial reporting for major public and privately held corporations. He served as Senior Vice President of Brown & Root, Inc., Houston, Texas, responsible for all worldwide administrative functions. He spent four years in London, England, as Chief Financial Officer of the company's European and African operations. He served as a Senior Vice President of Weatherford International and as President of a Weatherford subsidiary acquired in a management buyout and was Executive Vice President and CFO of Belmont Construction Inc., a Houston-based industrial contractor. Bob is one of the founding partners of Amerimark Capital and has participated in numerous merger, acquisition, and financial transactions for business operations throughout the country. In 1996, Bob spearheaded the opening of the Houston office of Amerimark Capital Corporation. Bob serves as a director of Callon Petroleum Company, a publicly traded oil and gas exploration firm traded on the NYSE. He holds a Master of Accounting degree from the University of Mississippi, is a member of the AICPA, and holds Texas and Mississippi CPA certificates.
